Day 1:
Arrival at the famous Nature Reserve of the Cinque Terre. Accommodation in apartments near Riomaggiore. Free time for visits to the villages and towns of the Cinque Terre. Dinner at the sanctuary restaurant. Overnight stay.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Distribution of brochures and information on cycling and walking tours. Itinerary n.1 is highly recommended: this route takes you along the Cinque Terre mountain ridge, widening out at some points towards the inland area with some spectacular views of the valleys and of the district of La Spezia, interspersed with breathtaking views of the sea and the coastal towns. Packed lunch. Dinner at sanctuary restaurant. Overnight stay.
Stay in Farmhouse > (same as previous day)
Day 3:
Breakfast. An excursion in the Park of your choice is highly recommended in order to experience all the most important features of the area. The “via dell’amore” (lovers’ walk) is particularly fascinating, a footpath on the cliff edge overlooking the sea between Riomaggiore and Manarola, proceeding then by train to visit the other villages of the Cinque Terre.
