Day 1:
Arrival at the farm. Accommodation in guests rooms, free dinner. Overnight stay
Day 2:
Breakfast. In the morning departure for a visit to the Zoo-Safari Park at Fasano (30 kms), one of the largest animal and wildlife parks in Italy, covering a total area of over 140 hectares of mainly Mediterranean maquis vegetation. In this paradise of nature animals from over 5 continents live in complete freedom. In the afternoon, return to the farm, cooking lesson with the preparation of typical regional dishes which will be served at dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 3:
Breakfast. We recommend a visit to Ceglie Messapica (5kms) one of the oldest towns in Puglia, with its unusual castle featuring a series of interlinked towers. Visitors should also take a walk in Ostuni, a delightful village with its characteristic white houses. The next stop is Martina Franca, one of the few old towns which has remained practically intact until now. Visitors can admire the baroque arch of Santo Stefano and the Palazzo Ducale, an impressive building commissioned by Caracciolo to symbolise his family’s power. Free time for lunch.
